Journal of Law, Justice & Public Governance (DJG)

DJG is an open access scholarly journal published by Presses universitaires de l’Institut Universitaire des Sciences (P‑IUS). Semi‑annual journal (2 issues per year). It publishes original peer‑reviewed research, thematic issues, and may also accept scholarly monographs and edited volumes.

P-IUS journals adhere to a strict research integrity policy based on originality, methodological transparency, respect for research participants, and mandatory disclosure of conflicts of interest and funding sources.
Plagiarism, self-plagiarism, data fabrication, and falsification are strictly prohibited. Plagiarism screening and ethical compliance checks may be conducted at any stage of the editorial process.

Applied principles:

  • Duplicate or simultaneous submissions are not allowed.

  • Disclosure of conflicts of interest (COI) and funding is mandatory.

  • For studies involving human subjects, informed consent and data anonymization are required.

  • The use of generative AI tools must be disclosed; AI cannot be listed as an author.

  • Formal procedures for corrections and retractions are in place in cases of confirmed misconduct.
