The Law, Justice and Public Governance Journal (DJG) is an international open-access scholarly journal published by the IUS Press (P-IUS).
It publishes original academic research on law, justice systems, public governance, regulation, and public policy.
The journal places strong emphasis on Haitian, Caribbean, and comparative perspectives and seeks to promote dialogue between scholars, legal professionals, and public policy actors.
Editorial Focus
• Multidisciplinary scope: law, political science, public administration, sociology of law, institutional economics
• High standards of legal rigor and contextualization (normative frameworks, case law, institutions, practices)
• Openness to comparative studies (Caribbean, Americas, Africa)
• Focus on governance challenges in fragile and developing contexts
