This concluding chapter synthesizes the findings of the survey and proposes a redesign of management and support practices based on three principles: empowerment, inclusion, and resilience. It first demonstrates that young people seek recognition as much as funding, and that inadequate support frameworks hinder their paths to emancipation. These programs are often perceived as opportunistic, lacking structure, and undervaluing forms of creativity and resilience that are nonetheless crucial. The chapter then formulates proposals for transforming leadership styles: active listening, co-creation of frameworks for action, integration of vulnerabilities and life contexts, learning through experimentation and the right to make mistakes, and the creation of empowering and cooperative environments. Finally, it outlines a Caribbean model of educational entrepreneurship that combines local roots, global openness, and critical reflection, to make support a lever for territorial justice and social transformation.
